不管颱風有沒有進入菲律賓責任範圍之內
也會發表訊息了 雖然只有文字敘述
但總比之前在尚未進入責任區隻字不提好多了 @@

FOR: Low Pressure Area
ISSUED AT: 11:00 AM, 04 July 2014
At 10:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 270 km east northeast of Baler, Aurora (16.2˚N, 124.2˚E). It will bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms in Ilocos region, Cordillera, Cagayan valley and central Luzon. Residents in these areas and local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Councils concerned are advised to take all the necessary precautionary measures against possible flashfloods and landslides.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Luzon including Metro Manila will experience light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
The tropical storm (NEOGURI) outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility was estimated based on all available data at 1630 km east of Visayas. It has maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move northwest at 20 kph.
The next updates will be incorporated in the Public Weather Forecast at 5:00 PM today and for the next advisory to be issued at 11:00 AM tomorrow. |
